A quality Pangborn® rebuild offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new blast machinery, allowing you to maximize the life of your current installation while maintaining optimum productivity.

Our rebuild schedules are drawn up to take full advantage of your shut down time, guaranteeing peak efficiency and lowest possible operating costs.

Our objective is to return your equipment to its original condition or better. Bearings, seals, chains, sheaves, and belts are standard replacements. Then, electrical controls, gear reducers and motors are updated, and direct drive blast wheels are fitted. All other parts are rigorously tested for wear life, and replaced or rebuilt to deliver high performance.
